From October 27 – 31, members and volunteers of Irish Society for Christian Civilisation embarked on yet another caravan to defend the unborn, as well as promoting devotion to Our Lady of Fatima. The group travelled all over Ireland – Dublin, Drogheda, Kildare and Meath to Cork, Limerick and Tullamore.
They organised “Honk” campaigns, encouraging drivers to “Honk for Life” and to “Honk against abortion”. They also campaigned on O`Connell Street, handing out leaflets on “7 Reasons to Reject Abortion”. The campaign was a huge success, with hundreds of leaflets being distributed.

The caravan also included “House to House” campaigns, where the group knocked on doors to spread the message of Our Lady of Fatima by distributing books for a donation. The chosen book was “Meet The Witnesses” by John M. Haffert. It is a collection of eye witness accounts from those present at the Miracle of the Sun in Fatima, Portugal in 1917. This was also a huge success, with many books being distriubted nationwide.
Overall, there was a great amount of support, and it`s safe to say that the caravan was a huge step in the right direction for the Pro-Life movement and in spreading the message of Our Lady of Fatima. With God and Our Lady`s help, the fight for the right to life of the unborn will go on, and Our Lady`s message will continue to spread to the ends of the Earth.
